Integrating machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), and RPA, IDP reduces document processing time by 80% and error rates by 90%. Case studies from top hospitals and insurers demonstrate AI’s role in streamlining workflows, enhancing patient care, and accelerating claims processing [1]. This research establishes IDP as a critical AI-driven transformation for document-heavy industries.
