Abstract

Quality of life (Qol) is a multidimensional concept influenced by both socio demographic characterstics and individual health-related behaviours. This study aims to understanding how socio-demographic factors and health related behaviours influence Qol is essential for public health interventions. In this study, Qol is assessed using WHO-QoL BREF questionnaire with four domains such as Physical, Psycological, Social and Environmental domains. Nowadays, a significant portion of the population remains unaware of the importance of HRQoL and its determinants, therefore this study is crucial to raise awareness among the general public and guide to future research, as these factors are vitals for daily life and overall well-being throughout the lifespan.
