Abstract

Gangrene is a disease that is life-threatening for anybody and has that potential to cause morbidity and mortality to individuals suffering from it, and this disease is not easy to cure. Gangrene is broadly classified as wet, dry in this article. For many years, people have been diagnosed with gangrene, because of many factors like diabetes mellitus, peripheral artery disease, poor blood supply and infection and treatment for gangrene includes insulin and antibiotics which is effective to some extent. But this review is highlight for gangrene and demonstrating the treatment for it, which is most likely to cure, these treatment approaches help in personalized medicines for individuals with respect to their health condition to achieve a remarkable progress with good outcomes. This review has explained the ways to cure and prevent this deadly condition and also covered the possible comorbidity of it.
