Abstract

This work aims to develop an intelligent automation system that integrates various hardware components with a centralized web interface for efficient monitoring and control. This system is designed to enhance the operational convenience, energy management, and safety of infrastructure by enabling real-time data access and control over essential subsystems such as smart lift operation, automated door control, environmental monitoring, and power management. The lift system is equipped with a stepper motor controlled by floor buttons and sensors, while the door mechanism uses an ultrasonic sensor and limit switches to detect objects and automate open/close actions. Environmental parameters like temperature, humidity, gas leakage, and rain presence are monitored using appropriate sensors and transmitted to the web application. The system is also capable of distinguishing between main and backup power supplies, ensuring uninterrupted operation by automatically switching sources and reflecting the current status via LEDs and an LCD display. All hardware modules communicate with a centralized web application that facilitates remote operation, live monitoring, and command execution through a user-friendly interface. By combining IoT principles with web-based control, the project contributes to the development of smarter, safer, and more sustainable infrastructure management solutions suitable for homes, buildings, and institutional environments.
