Abstract

Tejakula tangerine (Citrus reticulata cv. Tejakula) is a superior variety in Bali that has a fresh sweet fruit taste, distinctive aroma, and has an orange yellow skin color. However, its productivity and fruit quality have decreased due to suboptimal cultivation methods. This study aims to analyze the effect of cultivation methods and fertilization packages on yield and fruit quality in Tejakula tangerines. The study used a randomized group split plot design with two main factors, namely cultivation methods consisting of standard operating procedure healthy plant cultivation and farmer cultivation methods, and fertilization packages consisting of five levels: organic fertilizer, organic + macro-micro, organic + macro-micro + mycorrhizal biofertilizer, organic + macro-micro + probiotic POC, and organic + macro-micro + mycorrhizal biofertilizer + probiotic POC. The results showed that the healthy plant cultivation treatment gave the highest percentage of harvested fruits per tree in the organic + macro-micro + mycorrhizal biofertilizer fertilization package (400.00 fruits) compared to organic fertilizer (204.33 fruits), and had the highest weight per fruit organic + macro-micro + mycorrhizal biofertilizer + probiotic POC (109.25 g) compared to organic fertilizer (85.90 g). The standard operating procedure cultivation method of healthy plants gave the lowest percentage of breathable fruit (3.33%) and the lowest percentage of breathable fruit weight (0.47%). The application of standard operating procedure cultivation of healthy plants and the right fertilization package provides good yield and quality in Tejakula tangerines.
