The article details the technical framework of cloud-based systems, highlighting automated enrollment, remote policy deployment, and centralized monitoring as key components. It analyzes the societal benefits of this approach, including improved educational accessibility, enhanced scalability of technology initiatives, and increased sustainability of device programs. The implementation considerations addressed include data privacy concerns, connectivity requirements, and professional development needs. Looking to the future, the article explores emerging trends such as AI-assisted support and cross-platform integration that will further enhance cloud-based management capabilities. Throughout, the article emphasizes how these technological approaches can democratize access to digital learning tools and create more equitable educational opportunities across diverse socioeconomic contexts
